Despite all the good things the racing industry has done to enhance the welfare of former racehorses, our experience is that a safety net is still required, particularly for injured or difficult animals. The Sir Peter O'Sullevan Trust helps us provide this specialist safety net at our Peter O'Sullevan High Dependency Unit.

This 'Thoroughbred' Event will be attended by a number of the industry's senior grandees and local high net worth individuals; providing excellent networking and hospitality opportunities. Become a Racehorse Sanctuary Member
The Racehorse Sanctuary is a unique establishment offering not only rehabilitation and a second chance in a new career for sound, promising ex-racers but also offering retirement, either on site or in companion homes around the country. Vitally this is for Thoroughbreds who, through no fault of their own, have no future as a riding horse. By contributing through our support group you will help us to secure a future for Thoroughbreds who may otherwise be destroyed due to a lack of time, funds or understanding.
